KeploreAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
The Services may support third-party authentication methods (such as GitHub OAuth). You authorize us to receive basic account information from those providers as necessary to operate the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that information associated with your account is accurate and up to date.
You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you submit or create using the Services ("User Content").
By using the Services, you grant KeploreAI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that doing so does not violate any laws or agreements.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to KeploreAI.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services or KeploreAI intellectual property.
The Services may integrate or interact with third-party tools or services. KeploreAI is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Enterprise customers may be subject to separate written agreements (such as a master services agreement or order form). In the event of a conflict, those agreements will control.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeploreAI disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeploreAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Our total liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to KeploreAI (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeploreAI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, but provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means before they take effect. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
